Returns and Exchanges

At Torn Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy for all our products:

• 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a full refund.
• Unworn Condition: For health and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition.
• Easy Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to exchange your unworn items within the 30-day return window.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Go to Your Order:
   Log in to your account and navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return or exchange.
2. Click on 'Return':
   Once you're on the order page, click on the "Return" button next to the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
3. Choose Your Reason for Return:
   Follow the prompts to select the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
4. Get Your Return Instructions:
   After submitting your return request, you’ll receive instructions via email. These will include how to ship your item back to us and any further steps required for your exchange.
5. Mail Your Return:
